We collect the contact details you submit through our forms — name, company where applicable, email, phone number and the requirement description you choose to share.

For pickup and material enquiries we additionally collect the collection address, material categories, approximate quantities and any list or photographs you attach so that we can evaluate the consignment and plan logistics.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate material, prepare commercial terms, coordinate collection, maintain transaction records and provide post-transaction reporting.

We do not sell personal information. Where a transaction is facilitated between you and a downstream buyer, we share only the details necessary for that buyer, logistics partner or handler to complete the transaction you requested.

Equipment handed over may contain your data. We treat all storage media as confidential and coordinate erasure or destruction in line with the method agreed for that engagement.

We do not access, copy or retain the contents of customer storage media beyond what is necessary to verify the agreed handling.

Enquiry and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to meet contractual, statutory and audit obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Access to records is limited to team members who require it, and documentation is stored on access-controlled systems.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our updates at any time.
