Terms of Service

Vyqube Technologies Private Limited sources, evaluates and coordinates the movement of end-of-life material and retired assets across E-Waste, G-Waste, P-Waste and H-Waste streams, for both business and individual customers.

Depending on commercial viability, Vyqube may purchase material directly and resell it, or facilitate a direct transaction between the customer and a suitable downstream buyer, which may include recyclers, refurbishers or other suitable buyers.

Recycling, refurbishment and processing are performed by downstream partners and not by Vyqube unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.

Every engagement is governed by the specific scope, pricing and timelines confirmed in writing for that engagement. Website content is indicative and does not constitute an offer.

Customers confirm they have the authority to dispose of the material handed over, and that any licensed software, leased equipment or third-party property has been identified before collection.

Customers should remove or declare any items not intended for disposal, and must declare material requiring controlled handling. Site access, safe loading conditions and accurate material information remain the customer's responsibility.

Indicative valuations are based on the information provided and are subject to physical inspection where inspection applies. Prices depend on material type, condition, quantity and prevailing market conditions, and no guaranteed or best-price outcome is offered.

In a facilitated transaction, commercial terms and payment obligations are between the customer and the downstream buyer. Vyqube coordinates the transaction and is not the purchasing party in such cases.

Vyqube maintains and shares consignment records, transaction terms and handover records for engagements it coordinates.

Documents issued by downstream partners or authorised handlers are shared where those parties issue them. Vyqube does not warrant the issue of any third-party certificate.

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the value of that engagement, except where a higher limit is expressly agreed in writing. We are not liable for data left on devices that the customer did not disclose as data bearing, nor for the acts or omissions of a downstream buyer in a facilitated transaction beyond our coordination role.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
